Repair, maintain and deploy Macintosh computers for the staff and faculty of CSU, Chico. Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues. Responsible for creating and maintaining the campus Mac OS X install image for all new and upgraded machines. Assumed similar responsibilities as staff member and provided sole Macintosh support on campus for several months during staff absences.
